Patio Life only provides warranty repair services for spas that we currently sell and are a dealer for. Please fill out the below form and a member of our spa service team will get back in touch with you to schedule a service appointment. We charge a $100 one time diagnostic fee for all warranty claims. Make sure to fill out all fields, press submit, and see the Thank You page after your submission. If you don’t see the Thank You page then we did not receive your submission.
