Patio Life only provides warranty repair services for Dimension One Spas. If you own a Dimension One Spa that is still under warranty, please fill out the below forms and a member of our spa service team will get back in touch with you to schedule a service appointment. We charge a $100 one time diagnostic fee for all warranty claims. Unfortunately at this time we do not repair spas other than Dimension One or Dimension One spas out of warranty. We also do not order parts for Dimension One spas that are out of warranty.
