Each Valor hot tub is meticulously constructed using the highest quality materials, ensuring longevity and durability. We use only Balboa electronics and CMP jetting, 100% sourced from the USA. The shell is thermo-formed, high-density polyethylene, offering unmatched strength, while all framing is pressure-treated and stacked for optimal stability. Every Valor hot tub is also water-tested to meet rigorous quality standards before it reaches you.
Shell
All Valor models feature a thermo-formed High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) shell, over 0.5 inches thick. This indestructible material offers 10x the tensile strength of acrylic and is used in products like Yeti coolers, truck bed liners, and kayaks. The tub is built like any other acrylic hot tub, with support and cabinet, providing easy accessibility. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the shell.
Plumbing
All water jet fittings are glued, barbed, and clamped to provide 3 years of leak prevention. The smooth HDPE back ensures a perfectly flat surface for every jet body to conform properly and seal to the spa shell. Each hot tub undergoes rigorous water testing with a comprehensive checklist and includes a 3-year limited no-leak warranty for added peace of mind.
Framing
All framing is stacked and overlapped to ensure stability, providing the longevity and durability expected from an American-assembled spa. The same high-quality fasteners and adhesives used by top furniture companies are incorporated into every Valor hot tub frame. PermaWood cabinets, made from a unique resin similar to PVC, are built to last, offering years of beauty and resilience.
Insulation and Efficiency
All models come standard with 2lb density closed-cell polyurethane resin foam (7 R-value per inch), creating a thermal barrier from 3" to 8" thick, encapsulating the shell and plumbing components. The T20 WRAP, attached to the spa frame, prevents heat loss, stores pump/friction heat, and protects from strong winter winds, adding an additional 9.5 R-value to the non-access panel sides of the hot tub.
