Patio Life only provides warranty repair services for furniture that we currently sell and are a dealer for. Please fill out the below form and a member of our service team will get back in touch with you to schedule a service appointment. Patio Life may charge you an assembly and delivery fee for your warranty claim. You will be notified of any fees when your warranty claim is acknowledged. Make sure to fill out all fields, press submit, and see the Thank You page after your submission. If you don’t see the Thank You page then we did not receive your submission.
